• Guided Meditations: Search "Guided meditation for manifesting" on YouTube & select a video that speaks to you or is the length of time that works best for you.
• 111 Wishes: this idea was found on TikTok but is similar to a journal prompt in the last blog post. This is a great exercise to get your mind thinking about all of the things you desire in life!! Write down 111 wishes you have: from a designer purse, dream job, new house - write whatever comes to mind. It will be easy at first, but as the list gets longer may become more difficult & force you to reflect a little deeper. 
• Visualize: Simply sit in a comfortable spot with no distractions. Put electronics away, phone on airplane mode. Preferably with a crystal in hand, close your eyes & visualize. Think about a goal you have, see yourself living life as if it has already happened. Imagine the best case senecio of everything working out. 
• Add crystals: To any of the ideas listed above, practices you already have in place, or just your daily life - add in some crystals! Clear Quartz, Amethyst, Citrine, Carnelian, Tiger's Eye & Rose Quartz can be some of the most powerful crystals to have in manifesting your desires.
